Vertical Gas Purged Isolated Motor Circulation Pump is a type of pump with an isolated motor recommended for pumping liquids with high solids concentrations (above 10%). The design of this water pump separates the liquid in the motor part from the solids present in the process stream. The motor cavity is filled with clean liquids that are compatible with the process flow. An auxiliary impeller, located on the rotor assembly, circulates this liquid through a heat exchanger where it is cooled before re-entering the motor.
